I agree to find an age/skill appropriate athlete to replace me for any match I am/my athlete is scheduled for and cannot attend. I/we will inform the coach and team of this change at least 2hr prior to kickoff. I agree to pay a no show (of self or replacement) fee of $25/instance.*
